• Our farmhouse is approached by a 200 meter concrete roadway, from a small lane one mile from Llangadog. The car park, which is the farmyard, has unlimited parking spaces and is on a very gentle slope. The step from the farmyard to house is 10 inches followed by 3 more smaller steps.
• We have an open plan lounge/dining room on right hand side as approaching stairs immediately in front of you. Our front door is 3 foot 3 inches and on entering lounge/dining area there is walkway of 26 inches.
• Our sitting area has a very comfortable 3 piece leather suite of furniture. There is a T.V. and Video/DVD player. As it is also dinning area more upright chairs are available.
• The open plan staircase has 13 steps, 8 inches in height, the last one being only 5 inches. There is only one hand rail on right going up.
• On right hand side of staircase you will find bedrooms. Immediately on right is double en-suite room.
• Immediately on left is family room, with private bathroom next door.
• All rooms have good lighting, plus hallway. There is an outside light by front door and an overall light on yard (car parking area).
• Level access upstairs and downstairs.
